Welcome to Terracrownatelier. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, reservation systems, and physical premises at 900 York Mills Rd, North York. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these rules, which apply to all visitors, users, and guests of our luxury casino and hotel facilities.

Users must utilize the website and premises for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent gaming practices, unauthorized data scraping, harassment of staff or guests, and any attempt to compromise our digital security infrastructure.
Account Obligations
When creating an account for loyalty programs or reservations, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Content Submission Guidelines
Any content submitted to the site, including reviews or feedback, must not violate third-party rights or contain defamatory material. Terracrownatelier reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these standards without prior notice.
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Reservations & Deposits
All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking. For high-stakes casino events or luxury suite bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Terracrownatelier.
Billing & Fees
Final billing occurs upon check-out or conclusion of services. Additional fees, such as resort fees, cleaning fees, or incidental charges, will be applied to the registered payment method. All prices are in CAD unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty fee equal to one night's stay. Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our billing department may result in permanent service suspension.
